New Course Starting Monday January 9th, 2012 at 19:30 hrs. at Liveseed Christian Center in Qormi.

The Malta Qualifications Council informed Global University that since the title "Global University" may create some confusion with the general public, because of the use of the word "University" it was requested that the name would be changed. In consultation with Dr. Gary Seevers, the President of Global University and other officials, the new name for Global University in Malta is now "Global Institute of Theology" (GIT).

Responding to the need of academically qualified leadership in the Maltese Pentecostal and Evangelical Churches, GU and TEAM organized an preparatory seminar for a leadership course. The course which is called Guidelines for Leadership will commence on January 10, 2011.27 leaders from various Pentecostal, Charismatic and Evangelical Churches in Malta and Gozo attended the seminar.
One of the most important news shared in the seminar was about the protocol which is going to be signed between Global University and the Malta Qualification Council in the near future. This is a major step forward for the Pentecostal and Evangelical Church in Malta.

Hello, I am Joseph Agius, your director in Malta. I owe much to Global University because my life and ministry were greatly enhanced with what I learned during my studies. I hope my short biography will help you understand why I am so passionate about Global-ICI University.
My heart has always been inclined to study. I was first introduced to Global University (ICI Institute at the time) by the late Brother Angelo Nesta and his wife Helen. He was a great encourager for my family and to our fledgling church. Later, Daniel Stump continued on the good work of Angelo and kept supporting me in my studies

The Population of the world is increasing at an unprecedented rate. There is an explosive increase in knowledge, and people are eager to learn. Global University has responded to this need by developing its own instructional tools in print, audio, video, CD-ROM. And online delivery formats that take the school to the student. By utilizing the tools of modern educational technology, Global University is expanding the resources of the church. Global University’s courses are applicable for the distance-education instruction, school classrooms, learning center, and other types of group and individual study. Since January 2009, Global University in Malta has thrived with 50 students in different levels of studies. 33 students are studying for credit. Six students are studying for an undergraduate certificate.
